No Pressure Policy
Have you ever experienced the "foot in the door salesperson", or as I call it, " "the high pressure sales technic" "? It's not pleasant.
Be assured I do not operate my business in this manner. I believe in, and fully support, "My No Pressure Policy " with my clients.
I believe that a fully informed client (buyer or seller), when given plenty of the right information needed to make a decision, will be quite capable of making their own decision about whether to buy or sell when they are ready to do so. I do my best to provide this information based on the feed back that I am provided with. Communication is the key to developing good client/customer relations.
I want you to feel comfortable working with me by not feeling I am about to pressure you into taking action until you are prepared to do so. I do not use high pressure methods or trickery to get you to make decisions that may not be in your best interest. If you tell me what you need and want I will do my best to assist you in sorting through the maze of questions and answers in order to help you make an informed decision.
If you are a first time buyer, a senior or a person who is timid after a bad experience with sales people, I think you will find my approach very refreshing. I will take the time to discuss your personal concerns and options then give you time to think before action is taken.
Give me a try, I think you will be pleased. Contact me now, either by phone or e-mail and I will do my best to help you.
